Even more than this though there are also a host of smaller vehicles attached to the Skyship as well that the player can use to more effectively explore the world. The ship itself is essentially a fortress that holds a wide array of different secrets and unique features within it for the player to discover. This map gives the player a massive flying airship that can be piloted around the world whenever the player wishes.
Skyship Expedition - By far one of the more unique survival maps for Minecraft is the Skyship Expedition. There is a nearby barn that players can use to store both animals and tools, which makes it a perfect place to begin a survival game and not have to worry about building a shelter or storage places early in the game. The starting point of this survival map drops the player inside a massive windmill surrounded y a beautiful idyllic landscape. Around the Windmill - This map isn't extremely complicated, but it is very nice and well made. Those who want to can check out a series of quests that explain these new mechanics. On top of this, there is also new mechanics added to the game in order to allow the player to fly. Players are able to acquire several new mounts like a jellyfish and a zombie horse, and they can also turn their dog into a Hellhound. The Wart Hogging - This map features a fairly normal-looking (if slightly altered) map, but sets itself apart from other Minecraft maps by the sheer amount of new mechanics and items that it has. 
Only the strongest will be able to defeat the evil dragon and finish the map. In order to do this players will first need to make their way through a host of dangerous arctic wolves and fight for their lives to arrive at the Winter Dragon's lair.
Winter Dragon Castle - This map allows the player to engage on a survival quest to make it to the top of a dangerous castle and summon the colossal Winter Dragon. 
Players are also able to face off against a few different new enemies like Crocodiles. Along with the new biome comes a wide range of brand new items for the player to uncover as well like Cypress Trees which can be turned into Cypress Wood, Logs, or Planks, and a new boat type called the Canoe.
Swamps+ - This map is an absolutely huge one for the player to explore and also happens to be a completely new biome not seen in the standard version of the game. Players are able to explore the area around the mansion and check out many different secret locations as they try to survive out in this world. This map encompasses a massive vacation mansion located high up on a wintry mountain. Millionaire Winter Vacation - While the majority of while never truly get to experience the world the same way that the 1% does, at the very least the players can see what it's like inside Minecraft.
